These terms and conditions apply to all clients and prospective clients of MienBrows Pty Ltd ("MienBrows", "we", "us", "our"), operating at Level 1, 827 Burke Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from your first session balance. Prices quoted at the time of booking are valid for that appointment; prices are subject to change for future bookings.
Appointments are available by phone or enquiry form only. We do not accept walk-in bookings.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduled appointments will be subject to availability. Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and a charge for the appointment.
You are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, skin conditions or allergies that may affect your suitability for cosmetic tattooing at your consultation. MienBrows reserves the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.
Clients undergoing chemotherapy or with compromised immune systems must provide a doctor's certificate verifying their immune system's readiness before treatment.
Results vary between individuals and depend on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and adherence to aftercare instructions. MienBrows does not guarantee specific outcomes. All aftercare instructions provided at your appointment must be followed to optimise your result.
The perfecting session (included in new treatment pricing) must be attended within the timeframe specified at your appointment. Failure to attend within this window may result in an additional charge.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your quoted price is confirmed at the time of booking and applies to that appointment only.
Interest-free finance is available through Zip Pay, subject to approval by ZipMoney Payments Pty Ltd (ABN 58 164 440 993, Australian Credit Licence Number 441878). Finance terms are governed by Zip's own terms and conditions.
MienBrows may take before and after photographs for quality assurance and marketing purposes. By attending your appointment you consent to photography unless you advise us otherwise at the start of your appointment. All client images are treated with respect and used professionally.
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your details with third parties except as required for service delivery (such as booking confirmation).
